1. Agreement

By purchasing or using PhotoKit (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PhotoKit on your own Mac computers. This is a one-time purchase granting a perpetual license for the current version and any future updates we choose to provide.

3. Free Trial

The free trial provides full access to all features for 7 days. After the trial period, you must purchase a license to continue using the App. No credit card is required for the trial.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The purchase price is a one-time fee as listed on our website at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed through Stripe.

6. Intellectual Property

PhotoKit and all associated content, design, and code are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App.

7. Your Data

The App accesses your file system to organize and manage your photos. It does not transmit any file data off your device. When you delete files through the App, they are moved to the macOS Trash. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. File operations are performed at your own risk — we recommend maintaining backups of your photo library.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
